Dayner Marshall

My name is Dayner Marshall, I am a GBO pro athlete and have been bodybuilding since 2018. Prior to bodybuilding I started my fitness journey as a mum of 2 leading a very unhealthy and unbalanced lifestyle. During my transformation I found my passion not only to help others but to educate.

My goals are no longer just my own I completely fell in love with 1-1 coaching, wanting others to succeed just as much as I have, specialising specifically in complete transformations and lifestyle coaching.

I quickly realised how compassionate and supportive I was with other athletes and every show my mother instincts well and truly took over and I knew I wanted to extend my services for those likeminded women. Now I work with competitive and lifestyle clients who are committed to their goals.

I have competed in 10 shows with 8 top placings winning my first PCA show in 2019 toned figure. My second season I competed in my first 2 bros show placing 2nd going on to win my GBO pro card and 3rd place in my first pro show in athletic figure. My biggest achievement isn’t one but my whole journey, from a very shy overweight single mum to a confident professional sponsored athlete as well as having amazing clients achieving goals continuously.
